  • Just made the best smoothie ever!!!
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 mango
  • Vanilla Almond milk
  • Pinapple
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Yummmmmmmmmm.. it taste amazing

No ice, no water. Just use 2 Juicing oranges, 2 frozen bananas, 1 whole mango and 1 cup of diced pineapple. Throw it in your #nutribullet and voila!!! Yields approximately 3 cups, make sure you dice and place your frozen bananas in the nutribullet first, top it off with the oranges and pineapple as to allow the juices within to lubricate the smoothie process. You may need to add the mango afterwards. I can’t believe I actually got my sister to try this delicious combination. She looked so apprehensive at first when I told her there was Kale and Spinach in it. So here is today’s delicious recipe:

1/2 banana
1/2 c. frozen red grapes
1/2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. papaya
3/4 c. cantaloupe
3/4 c. honey dew melon
1 c. Kale
1/3 c. Spinach
Water (to max line)

Pack it down into the Nutribullet cup, blend about 30 seconds and ENJOY!
